This allows a much more reliable response for any alarm activity by allowing our dispatcher to be in constant contact with our first responder unit, and also in case of emergency calls they can be in contact with our 24-hour technical support. Our monitoring station offers a variety of services. Opening and closing reports for your home or business, which will allow you to see exactly what person closed or opened your system, and exactly what time this event occurred, along with any alarm activity, and a short summary of what our dispatcher did to resolve this problem.
